We open, repair and service depository safes in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas, 24/7 at your store, bar or office. Whether the drawer is jammed or the main door will not open, a technician is usually there in 20 to 30 minutes.
A depository safe lets staff drop cash through a slot, drawer or hopper while the main door stays locked, and that design keeps cash off the counter, but it also means a stuck drawer or a lost manager code can stop the whole closing routine. For the other safe styles we work on, see our safe locksmith services.
- Stuck drawers clearedWe free jammed deposits and adjust the drawer so it cycles smoothly again.
- Codes reset same dayWhen a manager leaves, we can change the code before the next shift starts.
- Price before workYou hear the cost before any work starts, and estimates for business accounts are free.
- Ownership checkedWe ask for proof that the safe belongs to the business before opening it.

What Kind of Depository Safe Do You Have?
Depository safes differ mainly in where the deposit goes in, so look at the slot or drawer on yours and compare it with the styles below.
Front Loading Drawer Safe

The pull drawer sits on the front above a locked door, which suits a back office or a cabinet. Bent drawers and envelopes caught on the inner baffle are the usual problems.
Top Loading Safe

Deposits drop through a slot on top, so this style often sits under a counter where cashiers can reach it. Coins, rubber bands and bulky envelopes can jam the slot over time.
Slot Style Under Counter Safe

A small box with a narrow slot and a single door, made to fit under a register or inside a cabinet. The dial or keypad sits low and takes knocks from feet and carts, so it tends to wear out sooner.
Dual Compartment Safe

Two locked doors are stacked one above the other, often with deposits on one side and the change fund on the other, and each door can have its own lock and code, so a lockout is often limited to one side.
Problems We Fix
- Envelopes are stuck in the drawerWe open the safe, clear the jam and adjust the drawer and baffle so it works again.
- Nobody on shift knows the codeAfter we confirm the business owns the safe, we open it and set a fresh code for current managers.
- The keypad is dead or shows an errorWe test the battery and wiring first and replace the keypad if it has failed, which often gets the safe open without any drilling.
- The key for the drop door is lostWe open the key lock and can fit a replacement lock with new keys, so former staff with old copies can no longer get in.
How We Handle the Job
- 1
Tell us what happened
Describe the safe style and whether the drawer, the lock or both are the problem, and you hear the price before we come.
- 2
Show proof of ownership
The technician checks that the safe belongs to the business, using a license, lease or similar record.
- 3
Open without drilling first
We try working the lock, manipulation or a keypad bypass before drilling, which stays a last resort.
- 4
Fix and test
We clear the drawer, repair any drill point so the safe locks again, and test every deposit path and code before leaving.
What Decides the Price
Depository safe work is priced by what failed and how the safe is built, so clearing a jammed drawer on an open safe is quick, while opening a locked drop safe with a dead keypad takes more time, and a heavy unit bolted under a counter can be harder to reach. The estimate for a business is free, and the price is settled before the technician picks up a tool.
Every visit is done by a licensed, bonded and insured technician, and you can verify our license before you call.
Placing a Depository Safe in a Las Vegas Business
Put the safe where staff can make drops without walking cash across the store, and bolt it to the floor or the counter base. Most Las Vegas retail spaces sit on concrete slab floors, which hold anchors well, and you should check that the drop slot cannot be seen from the front door or a window.
Empty the safe on a set schedule so the drawer does not overfill, since overfilling is a common cause of jams. Bars, gas stations and stores that move a lot of cash may also want a larger safe for the back office, and our commercial safe service covers burglary rated models.
